François is 36 years old. He lives with his parents in a small village in Alsace; not too long ago, he was a bus driver. Now known as “rocket-man”, his objective is clear: to live off of his passion by breaking all world-records for speed ever recorded, whatever the machine. Will he be able to succeed with only his desire of success, his mother’s pension and the support of his friends? Will his remarkable knowledge and courage be enough? Will he have to give up on his dream and get a “normal job”, like his father wants? Over the span of a year, we will follow the dramatic and emotional journey of François, who’s undeterred passion sweeps aside everything in its path.
